Catered perfectly to the video creation requirements of an upmarket real estate business.
An established realtor, the client was located in Brooklyn, New York. The client was searching for a business partner who can provide them all the required assistance for real estate video creation to be featured in multiple media and online platforms.
The client
The client dealt primarily with renting, buying and selling real estate properties to a wide range of clients in the region. As a part of their renewed marketing strategy, they were intending to carry out an extensive video promotion campaign over various media and online video sharing platforms and hence they required high quality real estate videos.

The challenges
Though video production for real estate agents is one of the main specializations of MAPSystems, we had to face the following challenges. The client was really concerned over the quality of the services until a sample was delivered and this put on us a lot of pressure. MAPSystems also had to mobilize more visual editors to the team as the client trimmed downthe deadline from what was established before.
How MAPSystems faced the challenges
In order to display the talent and creative chops of the team, we worked on two different videos within the timeframe. The visuals convinced the client about the quality of the work, our creative capabilities and professionalism in delivering the service as required by the client.
We also reached at a mutually agreed timeframe to deliver the project as the client trimmed the timeframe down. And in order to meet the new requirements of the student, the team was added with three more videos editors to create HD video.
In order to ensure the quality of the work being done, a project quality analyst was used who was given the responsibility of overseeing the quality of the work done, at all stages.
The result of the project
As the creative team of our real estate video production company was able to deliver the video ediitng project on time as per the requirements and quality standards of the client, the client ended satisfied and happy with our service deliverance. They also started outsourcing more services to us and recommended our real estate video editing services to one of their sister concerns in Queens, New York.
