They eliminate grammar issues, typos, improper punctuation, comma splices, alignment, consistency, formatting issues, etc.

Fine-tuning
They also check for syntactical errors, fine-tuning the content wherever necessary and correcting paragraph and sentence structure.

Dispatch to client
We share the initial draft with the client for review and make further iterations based on client feedback.

Once the in-depth editing is done and the client approves the draft, the final file is sent for printing.
